systems utilise less than 20% of their capacities on

during short-term high performance demands.
Dedicated distributed services

provides each server-side service on dedicated

All Internet connections,
server systems, as well as single server services
such as webserver services, MySQL database services,
e-mail services and many more are monitored by two
physically independent network surveillance centres
(Network Operation Centre = NOC). The monitoring
measurements are recorded for analysis and
optimisation purposes. Disruptions are recognised
within seconds and forwarded to certified
technicians.
