server included basic SLAs of availability.
The typical server availability of a Business
webserver for example, is almost at 100% due
to our basic SLA. The period of time used to
calculate the availability is one calender year with
365 days from 0:00 to 24:00 hours with exception of
maintenance windows.
The basic SLA also includes
the active monitoring of the Innter.Net©
server services as well as the immediate repair of
server-side critical errors (i.e. critical errors of
the network infrastructure after occurrence or
recognition). The categorisation of errors follows
the internationally known industry standard ITU
X.733 and is weighted and repaired following the
schema: critical error - main error.
