To use email communication a method of creating and receiving emails is required. This can be done with an email program or via WebMail.

Email program: To use email communication you can use an email program, also called email client, of your choice. Such a program is usually installed on your local computer and communicates with your Innter.Net© mailserver via secured channels. In the field opposite, you can email clients which Innter.Net© has tested for you.

WebMail:
As an alternative to using an email program, the use of a web browser for mobile email communication has established itself. WebMail allows the location indepen-
dent use of email by means of a web browser via the convenient Innter.WebMail user interface.

When using the WebMail interface, the emails are processed directly on the Innter.WebMail server system with encrypted transmission.

Access and transmission:
Innter.Net© offers the additional POP 3 Secure and IMAP Secure protocols for the access of your email program to the mailserver. To ensure the secure transmission of your emails, the transmission of messages can be secured with the Transport Layer Secure (TLS) encryption protocol.

Protection against unwanted advertising email via spam filter:
Innter.Net© offers you a reliable and effective solution for the distinct reduction of unwanted advertising emails (so-called “spam”) with the included spam filter.
Emails are checked prior to delivery to the mail server and sorted out if necessary. Additionally, we offer a free fake email protection system which protects against fake email as far as is possible.

This means not only do you save the time it would take to manually sift through unwanted emails but you also save data volume (transfer volume) and download time and ultimately your precious time and online transfer costs with your Internet Service Provider.
