In Innter.Net© CustomerCenter you can download the logfiles of web page accesses and FTP connections.
You can download the logfiles in raw format within a compressed archive.
These files in the standard log format can be processed with a spreadsheet program such as MS Excel or statistics software for example.
To give a better overview the logs are saved in different files:
- access.log
This is the logfile of your website accesses ("Apache Log")
- error.log
This is the logfile of your erroneous website accesses ("Apache Error Log")
- xfer.log
This is the logfile of your FTP accesses ("FTP Log")
