An email account (POP3 or IMAP mailbox) corresponds to an electronic mailbox: your mail is collected in a secure inbox. You can create and manage your own email accounts via the convenient web interface of the CustomerCenter:
- Create new email accounts
- Change the password of an existing email account
- Add notes to an email account
- Delete email messages
- Delete individual email accounts
For each email account you have the following information:
- Your added email account notes
- Available storage space in MB
- Number of email messages
- The storage space used by email messages in MB
Access to the email account:
Innter.Net© offers two easy and convenient ways to access your email accounts. The innovative IMAP protocol makes access to your emails from anywhere in the world even simpler and quicker, since many functions can be used directly on the server, without having to download your emails. Alternatively, the popular POP3 is available. This allows you to manage your emails easily and conveniently with all known email clients such as Outlook, Tobit, Eudora or Thunderbird for example. Of course you can also use your in-house email server (e.g. Tobit David, Lotus Notes, MS Exchange, ...) to access the email accounts.
Detailed statistics: As well as convenient account management, you have access to professional live statistics:
- Email transfer statistics:
- Email transfer volume in MB and percent
- Email transfer history, sorted by date or for complete month
- Email transfer history for all accounts or per individual account
- Live statistics for email storage usage per account:
- Current number of messages
- Current used storage
- Mailbox size in MB
Number of email messages The number of email accounts that are included in the web server free of charge is server-dependent and can be extended at any time via the CustomerCenter.
