The functions of this extension check if a character or character sequence are of a particular character class while taking the current locale settings into account.
The functions take a string argument and return TRUE only if every single character meets the appropriate criteria. When calling the function with an empty string TRUE is returned.
As soon as something other than a string or an integer is passed, FALSE is immediately returned.
