submit the completed form signed by the account or
domain holder respectively attached to a support
request in

or by postal mail.
We recommend to submit your completed cancellation
note in
CustomerCenter,
item Support | Request Support. This ensures the
least processing time of your cancellation.
- Download the appropriate
form
- Fill in the form on your
computer and print it
- The account or domain
holder respectively has to sign the printed
form.
- Scan the signed form or
shoot a digital photo and transfer the file to
your computer. Please make sure, that the file
is either in .pdf format or alternatively in
.jpg, .png or .gif format.
- Go to
CustomerCenter
at
https://service.innter.net
- Choose item 'Support'
from the upper main menu
- Choose item 'Support
Request' from the menu on the left
- Fill in the textboxes of
the support form
Attach the file
containing your scanned cancellation form
- Click the button 'Send
request'
Alternatively you can also
send your completed and signed cancellation note by
postal mail as a registered letter. In this case
please use our mailing address below:

You will receive your cancellation confirmation by
email to your address stored in
CustomerCenter
within 2 business days the latest after Innter.Net©
has received your completed and signed cancellation note.
Important information
for submission by postal mail:
- Please keep your postal
receipt of your registered letter as proof for
dispatch.
- Please keep in mind, that
a registered letter by postal mail will need
some days to arrive.
- Day of cancellation is
the date of receipt at Innter.Net©,Attach the file
containing your scanned cancellation form
NOT the date of dispatch from your postal office
(postal stamp)
- We recommend to submit
your cancellation note in
CustomerCenter
attached to a support request to be sure to keep
the term.
Important information for cancellations in general:
- Cancellations sent by
regular email cannot be processed
since the sender cannot be verified as an
authenticated user.
- Without your cancellation
note your domain name can neither be transferred
nor closed, as we may have to present this
document to the responsible registry on request.
- You will receive a
cancellation confirmation from Innter.Net©
within 2 business days to your email address
specified in
CustomerCenter.
- This cancellation
confirmation is your proof of cancellation.
Please contact us within a support request, in
case you have submitted a cancellation note and
did not receive a confirmation within 2 business
days.
- Please be aware of the
cancellation period of 60 days at the end of the
current contract period according to our terms
and conditions (http://www.innter.net/en/imprint/atc.php).
Alreay issued and to-be issued invoices do not
lose their validity in case of cancellation of
services.
- Only the cancellation
confirmation issued by Innter.Net©
or receipt of registered letter is accepted as
proof of your cancellation.
Fax receipts, copies of email messages or other
unconfirmed receipts cannot be accepted as
authoritative or keeping the term. Day of
cancellation is the day of receipt at
Innter.Net©.
Therefore please be aware of any mail delivery
times - if applicable.
Important information
concerning outgoing domain transfers:
- Please note, that
we are allowed to confirm outgoing transfer
requests for your domain name(s)
only after receipt and confirmation of your
cancellation note
and complete settlement of your outstanding
items (if any)!
- Any application
form for domain transfers from third parties
cannot be accepted due to liability reasons.
Such a form could be filled in by any
unauthorised person and submitted to us without
your knowledge!
- Attach the file containing your scanned cancellation form
